What I have been making!

Hope everyone had a happy and safe holiday! My husband and I went to our farmhouse in WV. We

took a drive on the back roads in the country and ate at a little country diner. I love doing that.

As you know I love bonnets, I have 5 bonnet patterns and can only figure out 3 of the patterns,

I have a hard time with patterns I am such a visual person. And one pattern gets me so frustrated that I am

practically in tears.  But I just bought a pattern from Deb from, Pilgrims and Pioneers Primitives,

it is a beautiful pattern, and yah, I figured it out. I have made 7 of these bonnets. Plus a few other goodies.

These bonnets look great hanging on a peg rack, but really
good on the side of a cabinet door.

They have lined prims that make them nice.

A little doll dress and bonnet set, I just need to go
out in  my yard and find a stick for a hanger.

I just thought I would try making a simple bag holder,
I want to make one with my grandbabies photo on it for my daughters Birthday, shhhhh!

The bonnets are between 24-25" in length, and they are $20.00 each if interested.

I had ordered a pin keep and candle mat from Brenda at "Pine Tree Prims" , Brenda is a wonderful crafter

and does awesome work. Her stitches are perfect. I love her pin keeps and candle mats!!

Well what did that girl go and do she sent me lots of extra things.  The grapevine wire, several

packs of  old needles, a template and wonderful prim labels. I can't wait to make something with

the labels, I think I will put some labels on jars and use the cloth tags for towels.

Brenda, you are too good to me, I appreciate all of this and can't thank you enough.

You are a wonderful prim friend. Check out Brenda's blog!!!

Some recent things that I made!

Last Sat. I had time to do a little crafting, things that I made!
I made two of these calico blue bonnets, the fabric is beautiful! They are $20.00 each if interested.
Pictures don't do the bonnets justice, there is a tiney creamed print throughout the pattern, it isn't solid blue.
It is beautiful calico fabric and the bonnets are approx. 25" long.

I made this table runner for a sweet friend.

I made three of these table runners, $15.00 each if interested.
I made this candle mat with warm and natural in the middle, I may just keep this one for me. He He But if you really want one, I can make you one.
