Fun Day!!

Today my one sister Lina and I were fortunate to be able to attend the  "Gathering Of Friends", show
at Notforgotten Farm .
Located in Amhurst, Va. It was beautiful at the farm, and there were many awesome crafters there.
We were also able to visit Lori's shop that has many of her creations on display.
Afterwards we ate lunch at Cracker Barrel and we have no idea who it was, but someone paid for
our meal. Such a blessing! That really touched my heart! To think that a complete stranger would do that.  We bought coffee mugs there, since we are both Grandma's the coffee mugs were so appropriate. I will show a few photo's. Such a blessed day.

I love fall, the crisp cool nights, the beautiful colors, going to the apple orchards, mums, pumpkins, hayrides are just a few of the things that I love about fall.
I also enjoy decorating for the different seasons. I will show some of my fall decor. Warning, lots of photo's.

New wool applique projects

I was able to finish two wool applique projects recently. The fall one I made for myself and the Christmas one is for a gift. Both of these patterns are from "Buttermilk Basin", The Vintage Truck series.
I have them displayed in a galvanized tray that I found at walmart for $9.95, perfect for displaying them.

New Prairie Doll

I wanted to show you the newest prairie doll that I have made. I love making Prairie things.  And I love to make things look old, worn and grungy. Love how this girl turned out.
