What I have been making!

Hope everyone had a happy and safe holiday! My husband and I went to our farmhouse in WV. We

took a drive on the back roads in the country and ate at a little country diner. I love doing that.

As you know I love bonnets, I have 5 bonnet patterns and can only figure out 3 of the patterns,

I have a hard time with patterns I am such a visual person. And one pattern gets me so frustrated that I am

practically in tears.  But I just bought a pattern from Deb from, Pilgrims and Pioneers Primitives,

it is a beautiful pattern, and yah, I figured it out. I have made 7 of these bonnets. Plus a few other goodies.

These bonnets look great hanging on a peg rack, but really
good on the side of a cabinet door.

They have lined prims that make them nice.

A little doll dress and bonnet set, I just need to go
out in  my yard and find a stick for a hanger.

I just thought I would try making a simple bag holder,
I want to make one with my grandbabies photo on it for my daughters Birthday, shhhhh!

The bonnets are between 24-25" in length, and they are $20.00 each if interested.

your bonnets are beautiful.. you have a great eye for fabrics. You have picked the perfect fabrics to make these look like they belonged a long long time ago. I love them.

Hi Lecia,
sounds like a relaxing time spent together!
Love the new bonnets. I'm a hands on person too and get frustrated at times like yourself, but I keep plugging along.
Well much to do today so I better get away from the computer and get going!
