Farmhouse weekend and Christmas gift!!

This weekend my BF Shelia and I went to our farmhouse in WV. I have been wanting to show off my Christmas gift from my hubby. It was a two sided wash tub set for the farmhouse. I was so excited. I wanted one of these so bad for our upstairs bathroom to store towels and wash cloths in. So what do you think???
Awhile ago Marie , from http://primitivesbyoldeladymorgan.blogspot.com/  and I had a swap, don't you just love my candle display on the beautiful candle mat that she gave me!!!
New quilt given to me by my mom!!!
From Family Heirloom Weavers...

Old wood cookstove and enamel table...
breadbox and toaster cover....
Old Sign collection....

We relaxed, ate, read, laughed and she helped me carry the tubs upstairs to the bathroom!!!! A much needed time of relaxation for us both!!

What a great getaway!! Love all the pictures. It looks so homey and nice.
I use a washtub for my towels in one of my bathrooms, too! :)
I love looking at all the pictures you have at the top of your blog each time I visit. And your new angel doll is adorable! Did you make her? Can I order one? :)

I love your view. You must see lots of fantastic wildlife.
Your knotty pine is an all time favorite of both hubby and me.
In fact, your home is very beautiful.
I would love to have a bathroom big enough to use a double tub for storage. I can't even fit in a single. *sigh* But I will have it on our patio with plants in it!
